Genesis Config Files

 These files are located in the /genesis/lang folder. Language files store the text your players see when using the plugin.

  • en-us.yml
  • zh-cn.yml

How to create a new language file

  1. Create a new file in the /genesis/lang folder.
  2. Translate the text into your language.
  3. In the config.yml set the name of the file you created in step 1 above.
  4. Reload genesis or restart your server.
  5. Genesis will now use your chosen language.

Shop files are stored in /genesis/shops and is where all your shop flies are stored. This directory supports sub-directories to better organize your shop files.

    • The main settings of the plugin are configured here
  • ItemDataStorage.yml
  • messages.yml
    • This file stores all the messages.
    • You can edit the messages in this file to your liking.
  • pagelayout.yml
    • This page allows you to setup global settings for your shops
